  First of all, it’s the issue of responsibility. Many agencies have made it clear that they are only responsible for storage and not for custody. Then who is responsible for the loss of the courier?   According to the contract, the sender, recipient, and logistics company must perform their respective responsibilities after signing the contract: the recipient pays the transportation costs as agreed, and the sender signs the contract with the logistics company The contract of carriage guarantees that the goods will be delivered to the recipient. Only after the recipient signs and accepts, this transportation contract can be considered as fulfilled. During the period, the recipient should not pay additional fees. Similarly, if the courier is lost, the logistics company and the collection point (no charge is not exempt from liability) are inevitable in the legal sense.
